Hi, I'm Georgina

My goal is to help you reach your movement goals in a way that feels fun, enjoyable and sustainable in the long run.

Get ready to push your limits beyond what you thought was possible and discover just how amazing your body can be.

… and no,

I didn’t always dream of being a flexibility coach

How It All Started

My movement journey started when I was 15 years old. Up until then, I had never done any sports or physical training—my body was completely new to the demands of movement: I wasn’t athletic—I had never trained seriously, and I thought I lacked the discipline for anything physical.

Untill I saw this people performing gravity-defying tricks on aerial silks and something inside me lit up: I was hooked.

The instructor told me it wasn’t as impossible as it looked, and I believed her with my whole heart- even if my body wasn’t quite there yet. The classes were two hours long and after just a few climbs I would feel absolutely wrecked.

I spent more time conditioning than flying, building basic strength and practicing passive stretching to help my body catch up, while I dreamt of someday being able to do the beautiful tricks I saw my classmates perform.

Chasing Strength & Stretch

After a year, I’d gained strength to move in the air—but my flexibility lagged behind. I started researching and discovered that what I needed wasn’t just strength or flexibility.

I needed both, working together.

I began to shift the way I was training, looking for excercises that worked on devoloping strength in the bigest possible range, and that changed everything: My flexibility became available on the air as well as on the floor.

When I moved to Buenos Aires, I kept training silks as a hobby while exploring other careers, but my love for it kept bubbling inside of me and in 2008, I enrolled in the Circus Arts program at Universidad de Tres de Febrero, and by 2009, I started teaching movement and flexibility classes at the university's Arts and Culture Center.

By mid-2010, word of mouth led me to offer one-on-one sessions in people's homes. In 2012, I began teaching group classes—sometimes in rented studios, sometimes in my own living room, which turned into a full time flexibility studio on 2016.

Since at the time there was no formal flexibility training program, I read everything I could find on stretching, movement science, and athletic conditioning. Then I met Claudia Sain in 2017, a yoga and sports trainer from CENARD and creator of the Csain Method.

Through her guidance, I refined what had already been forming within me—a training approach rooted in functionality, sustainability, and body awareness.

Falling in love with teaching

When the World Stopped, We Moved Together.

When the World Stopped, We Moved Together.

In 2019, I sold everything and set off on a new adventure—destination: Australia.
…but before I could get my feet on the plane:

The COVID pandemic hit.

To take care of my mental health and shift my focus away from the apocalyptic spiral we were all falling into, I started offering free live classes on instagram live three times a week, and it worked!
Not just to keep me afloat mentally, but for a lot of people too…

—at its peak, we were up to 700 people joining live. Some came for the training, some just wanted to share the vibes with a cup of coffee in hand. And that’s how the Flexi Flow community started to take shape.

And when went back to “normality”, I was already coaching online full time, connecting with people all over Argentina, and with expats in Australia, EEUU, and all over Europe.

Flexi Flow is a blend of everything I’ve lived, practiced, and shared—technique, play, body trust, and emotional connection.
