Hi, I'm Georgina
My goal is to help you reach your movement goals in a way that feels fun, enjoyable, and—most importantly—sustainable in the long run.
Get ready to push your limits beyond what you thought was possible and discover just how amazing your body can be.
… and no, I didn’t always dream of being a flexibility coach
My journey started when I began training in aerial silks at 15 years old.
Up until then, I had never done any sports or physical training—my body was weak, unconditioned, and completely new to the demands of movement: I was never into competitive sports, and so I thought I was not into training at all, I had tried to start the gym a few times but I lacked the discipline and motivation to push myself to stick to it for more than 3 weeks.
The first time I walked into the circus school a new door opened for me, watching this bunch of amazing people perform all sort of sick moves in the air gave me a push that I had not gotten before. I wanted to do that, the instuctor promissed it was not as imposible as it looked like, and I believed her in my heart and soul.
My body was left out though, the classes were two hours long, but after just a few climbs, I would feel absolutely wrecked. But I wouldnt let that stop me, I spent most of the session—sometimes more than half—just doing conditioning exercises. That included building basic strength and practicing passive stretching to help my body catch up, while I dreamt with the beautiful mesmerizing tricks I saw my classmates perform.
Within a year, I gained the strength I needed and even though my flexibility had improved too, when I was in the air, that progress was nowhere to be found. I still couldn’t move the way I wanted to.
I began digging deeper, trying to understand how to train so that I could manage to meet the specific needs of my sport and I realized that the tricks I was chasing weren’t just about being strong OR flexible—they demanded both flexibility and strength… at the same time.
That’s when I got into trying active stretching—and that changed everything!
Movement became my language—and when I moved to Buenos Aires I kept training silks as a hobby. The love for circus was still bubbling in me and in 2008 I decided to study Circus Arts in Universidad de Tres de Febrero.
But even though I was training to become a circus artist I fell in love with teaching:
In 2009 I started sharing what I was discovering on movement and flexibility training in the Arts and Culture Center at the University of Tres de Febrero.
By mid-2010, thanks to word of mouth from some of those workshop participants, I started offering one-on-one in-home sessions.
In 2012, I began teaching group classes—sometimes in rented spaces, sometimes right in my living room. Four years later, I opened my own training studio in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
Since there wasn’t any formal training specifically focused on flexibility, I dove into self-study—reading everything I could find about stretching, movement, and sports training. Then, in 2017, I crossed paths with Claudia Sain, a sports yoga trainer from CENARD and creator of the Csain Method. She helped me refine and solidify the method that had already been taking shape inside me.
In 2019, I sold everything and set off on a new adventure—destination: Australia. I wanted to have some adventures and try my luck outside of Argentina… but before I could get my feet on the plane: The COVID pandemic hit.
I missed my flight to Australia, and I found myself stuck and jobless in a city I was only passing through. To take care of my mental health and shift my focus away from the apocalyptic spiral we were all falling into I started offering free live classes on instagram live twice a week, and it worked… Not just to keep me afloat mentally, but for a lot of people too—at its peak, we were up to 700 people joining live twice a week. Some came for the training, some just wanted to share the vibes with a cup of coffee in hand.
And that’s how the beautiful Flexi Flow community started to take shape.
When the world went back to “normality”, I was already coaching online full time, connecting with people all over Argentina, and with some expats in Australia, USA, and all over Europe.
What is Flexi Flow? It's a blend of everything I’ve lived, practiced, and shared—technique, play, body trust, and emotional connection. Today, I teach group and personal classes in person and online, support clients around the world, and lead a global community of movers who stretch not just to get bendy, but to feel more at home in their bodies.
Before this chapter, I wore a lot of hats: mystery shopper, makeup artist (including a music video for Miss Bolivia!), cat-sitter, baker selling sweets in Buenos Aires parks… and yes, I even earned a degree in legal translation that I never used.
But through all the twists and turns, one thing stayed constant: flexibility. Not just in the body, but in spirit, mindset, and life. And now, I get to share that with a global crew I truly adore. If you’re here, you’re already part of it.
